While we may share data with trusted subcontractors who provide essential support services (such as customer service platforms), these parties are contractually bound to maintain the same strict confidentiality standards outlined in this policy.

CASL Compliance: All our commercial electronic communications (email and SMS) comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every message clearly identifies the sender — Paramount Roofing — and includes a functional unsubscribe mechanism.

6. ANALYTICS & REMARKETING

By using our Service and submitting your information, you acknowledge and consent to this transfer and processing within Canada.

We implement robust, commercially acceptable security measures—including data encryption, secure access controls, and regular system audits—to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
